Mom and I wish everyone a Happy New Year and we all hope 2009 will be better. Although I had lots of good things happen to me in 2008 so I can not complain.

My Paintings on Display

I will be having a display of my work at STone Soup Studios on December 11, 2008 from 2 - 6 PM. All my latest work will be on display along with older work and prints. Then from 6 x 9 will be Stone Soups annual Christmas Party. All come join us. Bring food or drink and join the celebration of the Christmas Season.

SMALL WORKS at TOUCAN Gallery

These two small paintings are part of the small works show at Toucan Gallery, 2505 Montana Ave, Billings, MT.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I hope everyone has a great thanksgiving.
On November 30 Stone Soup will be part of a Christmas Home Tour for the Park County Arts Council. About nine of us are setting up arts and crafts booths. Plus our studios will be open.

ONSLOW at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center

Onslow has found a new home. He is now in the Draper Museum of Natural History in the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. He is in the Education Department where hundreds of school kids will see him. I couldn't be happier

Onslow at the Opening of the new Library

Onslow stood outside the main entrance to the new Library the day of the Grand Opening. The bears were auctioned off that evening. Onslow brought $5000.00 and was sold to Riverside Ranch of Cody. Whether he will go there or they will put him in a non profit place, I don't know as yet.

CODY ART SHOW BIG SUCCESS

The Cody Art Show turned out great, much bigger than our expectations. Had wonderful crowds. We will be back next year with bells. September 23-26, 2009.

We will be setting up the show on Wed. Sept 24 and opening on Thursday Sept 25. Our reception 10 to 2 plus there is an Art Walk downtown starting at 4PM Come and visit us. Weather permitting we will be doing some demonstrating on the porch.

Pastel Show of Miniatures

These four small miniature paintings are all in the Willowtree Gallery Show in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The show is Aug. 15 to September 15. This is a show for the Psstel Society of the Northern Rockies.
