Visiters from Almont

Great to see Pete and Dawn Olson, Kaity and Jaydon Schaaf coming through from Almont. On thier way to Yellowstone. We had a wonderful meal at the Wyoming Rib and Chop House and great visit. They were on thier way to Yellowstone the next morning. Come back, you Guys.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

By this time the hangovers should be getting better. Something I didn't have to worry about. Stayed home and read a couple of the funniest books. Both by Patrick McManus. All short stories about hunting and fishing and kids pranks way back when. One titled "The Grasshopper Trap" and the other "The Good Samaritin Strikes Again" The first story in the Grashopper Trap is titled the Skunk Ladder. I laughed so hard I couldn't see to read because of tears.

Trip to Shell Falls in the Big Horns

My Brother, Roy, is here from California. We took a trip to the Big Horns and Shell Falls. Was a very pretty day. We also visited the Medicine Wheel.

Painted Little Girl by Anne West

My friend, Anne West, of Bismarck, North Dakota painted this cute little flower girl. Named Daisy Rose Wildflower. She joined Buttercup and Onslow as painted critters.
The newspaper article does not show up well. But this is a fundraiser for the Manchester House in Bismarck. Anne has taught art to kids there for many years

My Cousin from Colorado

Jerry and Barb Severdt from Colorado stopped through on their way to Yellowstone. Jerry is my cousin and have not seen them since 1985. We have gotten older, Jerry.
Sure was fun to see them.
